Since its inception, TDC has applied its theatrical research to specific environments in order to develop unique expertise in the market of large-scale shows.
TDC is a centre for research, creation, production, performance and training in large-scale scenic arts, using different media, including “puppetronics”, to stage both indoor and outdoor productions.
Headquartered in Montérégie, Québec (Upton is 45 minutes from Montreal), on a 15 hectare estate that includes 9 buildings with a total surface area of 24,250 square feet, TDC is a permanent center whose excellence is built on expertise and a penchant for breaking new ground.
Constantly trying to surprise and amaze, TDCs expertise enables it to bring dreams to life, thus creating shows that meet the needs of any event wanting to stand out.
All trades are brought together to encourage a union of the imaginary and raw materials. Welders, costume masters, sculptors, carpenters, electricians, pneumatic hydraulics engineering technicians, moulders, painters… have, for over 37 years, brought large-scale, larger than life characters that have drawn hundreds of thousands of spectators into these fantastic adventures.[/one_half_last]
